B2B Sales Ops

End-to-End Quote Automation.

From inbound prospect email through sourcing methodology to qualified quote, a manual chain turned into a guided, auditable flow.

The problem

A B2B sales team was losing hours per quote: each inbound request triggered a manual sourcing chase, repeated handoffs between sales and operations, and bespoke spreadsheets to assemble the final number. Response times slipped, the methodology lived in someone's head, and senior reps rebuilt the same quote shape every time.

Our approach

We codified the sourcing methodology into a guided flow, structured intake from inbound email, automatic extraction of the relevant parameters, sourcing logic the team can audit, and a quote draft that the rep validates rather than assembles from scratch.

The principle: keep the human at the decision point, automate everything else. The system surfaces options and reasoning; the rep approves, edits, or rejects.

The win: not "AI writes the quote". It's "the methodology lives in the system, not in the senior rep's head", so the junior rep can ship a quote at senior quality.

What we shipped

  • Structured intake from inbound prospect email
  • Parameter extraction and sourcing logic
  • Quote draft generation with audit trail
  • Review-and-approve UI for the sales team
  • In production with the client's sales operation

Why it works

The methodology is now an asset of the company, not of the individual rep. Onboarding is shorter. Quote-to-response time drops. Senior reps stop being the bottleneck on quotes that should never have needed them.

Quoting methodology trapped in senior heads?

It's a classic pattern. Worth fixing before the next quarter's hiring.
