Technical roots at Motorola, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. A decade at Dish Network rising to Director of Product Management, leading 100+ engineers, launching 20+ products across web, mobile and connected TV, and growing the active subscriber base by 4M+. Strategic partnerships established with Google, Adobe, Apple and Microsoft along the way.

At Bibliotheca as GM and SVP of Streaming Products, Stéphane launched a new B2B2C streaming division from zero, taking biblioplus.com from concept to $1.1M ARR in year one, owning the technology stack, go-to-market and content partnerships end-to-end.

As CPO/CTO of Kanopy (the educational streaming platform for universities and public libraries), he orchestrated 20× user growth and a 9× valuation exit to OverDrive in 24 months, including a 34% OPEX reduction while scaling, by moving the platform in-house on AWS.

Today

Strategic advisor to Comcast/SKY/NBC on Smart TV monetisation strategies (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+). Co-founder of TorvexLabs alongside Rémy Jugault, focusing on shipping working AI products for non-tech companies.
