Background
A career oscillating between data and business, from market analysis at Cabouchon in London, through GIS-driven consulting at Urban Science in Paris and Madrid, to CRM strategy at Mitsubishi Motors, and a Managing Director role at S&P Global covering Italy from Madrid.
After a Master's in business at IAE Caen, Rémy joined TMW in London to lead Nissan's pan-European CRM across 25 countries and 27 languages, then moved to Epsilon (later Publicis Groupe) as Global Account Director EMEA and then VP Client Services EMEA + China, running the automotive practice for Jaguar Land Rover and Porsche. Across more than twenty years in these roles, he delivered CRM platforms and systems for automotive brands across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with predictive marketing programmes at the core. He served as Acting DPO and GDPR Privacy Champion for the automotive practice in Europe.
Three years at a creative agency in Geneva, building CRM and loyalty from scratch, and managing data insights and media.
Today
Launched the data-ethica.com practice to focus on responsible AI as an advisor and visiting professor.
